EDGE Sporting Management driver Callum Voisin has secured the 2026 Porsche Carrera Cup GB Pro title with one round to spare, completing a remarkable debut season in the championship with Rosland Gold by Century Motorsport.
The Porsche Carrera Cup GB Junior arrived at Silverstone having won a race at every previous round. Yet his title-winning weekend at the home of British motorsport would prove his toughest of the season.
Qualifying second on the grid put Voisin in a strong position to seal the championship in race one, but he slipped to fourth on the opening lap of the tight National circuit. Contact with another driver sent him wide at Copse on the following lap. He recovered and rejoined the fight, only for an ambitious move into Brooklands to send both cars off track and into the pits for repairs. Voisin eventually returned to the race, finishing 10th, two laps down.
With the title still to secure, Voisin faced a start from 13th in race two. The track was damp at the start, adding another challenge, but he approached the race with greater caution and worked his way steadily through the field. A composed drive took him to fifth place at the flag, giving him the points he needed to become the 2026 Drivers champion.
It was the first round of the season in which Voisin had missed the podium, making the decisive result all the more telling. After the setback in race one, he delivered when it mattered most and described the feeling of sealing the championship as “incredible”.
Voisin joins Harry King as only the second driver to win the Porsche Carrera Cup GB title in his first season both as a Porsche GB Junior and in the championship. The achievement caps an outstanding switch from single-seaters to GT racing in 2026 and underlines the speed and adaptability he has shown throughout his debut campaign.
His title also gives EDGE Management another champion in 2026, following Lewis Goff’s Ginetta Junior triumph earlier this month. Voisin and Rosland Gold by Century Motorsport can now head to the final round with the Pro championship already secured.
